Job Summary

NOTE: This role is only suitable for individual freelancers and consultants that already OWN a Chinese business entity and are not currently working for other agencies.

This would not be a good fit for candidates who are expecting regular consistent work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide recruitment support as needed including but not limited to: crafting job descriptions translation posting sourcing and candidate coordination.
Advise on local HR policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance.
Provide guidance on labor laws regulations and compliance matters relevant to the business and our clients.
Other ad-hoc admin duties may be required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 - 3 years of corporate HR/talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on recruitment employment law and compliance.
Must already possess a Chinese business entity. This will be critical for payments as well as a few core responsibilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Mandarin and strong working fluency in English is REQUIRED.
High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field preferred.
