Job Summary

NOTE: This role is only suitable for individual freelancers and consultants that already OWN a Chinese business entity and are not currently working for other agencies.

This would not be a good fit for candidates who are expecting regular consistent work.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide recruitment support as needed including but not limited to: crafting job descriptions translation posting sourcing and candidate coordination.
  • Advise on local HR policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance.
  • Provide guidance on labor laws regulations and compliance matters relevant to the business and our clients.
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties may be required.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of corporate HR/talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on recruitment employment law and compliance.
  • Must already possess a Chinese business entity. This will be critical for payments as well as a few core responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and strong working fluency in English is REQUIRED.
  • High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field preferred.
