About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Associate Director of Human Resources to support our growing business operations in China. This role will act as a trusted HR partner driving employee engagement talent development performance management recruitment and HR operations while working closely with business leaders across the organization.

Tasks

HR Business Partnering

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor for assigned business units and employee groups.
  • Partner with managers to understand business objectives and workforce needs.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations performance management and talent development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support compensation program administration including salary reviews bonuses and annual increments.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and annual renewal processes.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Develop and implement engagement initiatives and action plans.
  • Organize employee activities wellness programs and recognition initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage recruitment operations including job posting candidate screening interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a positive employee onboarding experience.

HR Operations

  • Maintain HR documentation and records.
  • Support daily HR administration and process improvements.
  • Assist with various HR projects and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in HR Generalist HR Business Partner or related HR roles.
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree from an international university is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales operations or business-facing teams.
  • Experience working in multinational or rapidly growing organizations.
