Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or help desk role
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and help desk tools
- Knowledge of hemp-based CBD products or willingness to learn
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or help desk operations
- Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
