Job Description: Help Desk Agent at Extract Wellness

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support for customer inquiries related to hemp-based CBD products
  • Assist customers with product information order processing and issue resolution
  • Respond to customer queries via phone email or chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the companys CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service or help desk role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized assistance
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and help desk tools
  • Knowledge of hemp-based CBD products or willingness to learn

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or help desk operations
  • Experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is a plus
