Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide live chat support to customers inquiring about hemp-based CBD products offered by Extract Wellness
- Assist customers with product information order placement shipping inquiries and general support
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes and procedures
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic knowledge of CBD products or willingness to learn
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or support role
- Experience with live chat or online communication platforms
- Experience in the wellness or health industry is a plus
