About the Role

Were seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect/ Tech Lead to provide architectural leadership across our enterprise ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for shaping platform strategy designing scalable and secure solutions and governing delivery across critical service management and digital transformation initiatives.

Youll work closely with senior stakeholders delivery teams and business partners to translate complex business needs into robust ServiceNow architectures that drive operational excellence and longterm value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead endtoend ServiceNow solution architecture aligned to business objectives and enterprise standards
• Drive architectural decisions across ITSM ITOM ITAM CMDB CSDM Service Catalog Request Management and integrations
• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable secure and maintainable solutions
• Define solution patterns data models integration approaches security controls and platform standards
• Provide architectural leadership for API integrations thirdparty tools IAM and enterprise platforms
• Govern architecture through design reviews forums and solution assurance
• Ensure solutions meet security risk compliance and audit requirements
• Partner with product owners developers testers and operations teams to deliver highquality outcomes
• Contribute to platform strategy roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and guide developers administrators and junior architects
• Identify and address technical debt platform risks and optimisation opportunities

About You

Youre a senior technical leader with deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise platforms. Youre comfortable operating independently influencing senior stakeholders and making architectural decisions in complex environments.

You will bring:

• Extensive experience in ServiceNow solution architecture at an enterprise level
• Strong handson knowledge of ITSM ITOM ITAM CMDB CSDM and ServiceNow integrations
• Expertise in integration architecture APIs security governance and platform standards
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms identity DevOps and enterprise service management
• Experience aligning architecture decisions with business outcomes risk management and cost efficiency
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to mentor and uplift technical teams
