The Opportunity
Professional Search Group are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join a major mining autonomy program delivering innovative fleet management and operational technology solutions.
Working closely with Product Owners Architects and delivery teams you will translate business requirements into scalable solution designs that guide projects from concept through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret business requirements and operational needs.
- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs.
- Define functional workflows business rules integrations and solution behaviours.
- Support estimation planning and solution refinement activities.
- Collaborate with Software Architects to ensure successful technical delivery.
- Facilitate design workshops and communicate solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and program objectives.
About You
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering complex software or systems solutions.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical solution designs.
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise or Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of integration distributed systems and modern architecture principles.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within mining fleet management autonomy or industrial technology environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Experience working in client-facing or multi-vendor delivery environments.
