Position: Project Leader (Engineering)
Location: Darlington ON (On-site)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay:$70.00 - $78.00 p/h inc. HST

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Deliverables

• Lead and execute full lifecycle delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects ensuring alignment with scope schedule cost quality and safety objectives .
• Develop and manage project plans including WBS estimates schedules risk management plans business cases and contract strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams contractors and stakeholders while managing procurement approvals and project documentation.
• Monitor and control project performance through reporting variance analysis change management and mitigation planning ensuring successful project closeout and turnover.

Experience Required

• 68 years of experience in project management delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects within engineering construction or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong experience managing full project lifecycle activities including planning procurement execution and closeout.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities across scope schedule cost quality and risk.
• Experience with contract management procurement processes cost forecasting and project controls.

• Bachelors degree in engineering business or related discipline with strong leadership stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
