Job Summary

Patient Acquisition & Lead Response Specialist (After-Hours/Weekends)

Clinic expanding rapidlygrowing from 2 to 5 clinics by Juneand we are looking for a high-energy closer-style Patient Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role designed to plug our urgent after-hours lead response gap. We are losing revenue in a competitive market by missing leads after 5 p.m. and we need you to ensure every potential patient is called qualified and scheduled immediately.

This is our first offshore hire and for the right candidate there is a significant opportunity to grow and potentially lead a larger team as we scale.


Core Objectives

  • Instant Response: Monitor GoHighLevel (GHL) and respond to inbound leads within minutes.

  • Conversion: Move leads from an initial inquiry to a confirmed in-person consultation through aggressive and empathetic phone outreach.

  • CRM Integrity: Maintain 100% data accuracy in the CRM to ensure a seamless handoff to weekday clinic staff.


Key Responsibilities

  • Phone Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualify patients and overcome objections.

  • Lead Management: Categorize and manage leads within GoHighLevel ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.

  • Scheduling: Book and confirm in-person consultations for multiple clinic locations.

  • Reporting: Track and report on key KPIs specifically lead-to-consultation conversion rates.

  • Data Cleanup: Update patient records and ensure all notes are clean and actionable for the on-site team.


Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience in Healthcare or Dental environments is mandatory. You must be familiar with medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines.

  • Communication: Exceptional spoken English with a neutral/minimal accent is critical for this role.

  • Mindset: You are a closer. You arent just providing support; you are driving revenue.

  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM/Sales automation platforms.

  • Availability: Must be able to work after-hours (5 p.m. 10 p.m. ET) and weekends.


Compensation & Details

  • Budget: $1100 $1800 monthly (depending on experience).

  • Location: Remote / Offshore.

  • Type: Full-time.
