As our Learning & Development Lead Corporate and Leadership Programs youll play a key role in building those experiences. Youll own the delivery and continuous improvement of our onboarding programs first-time manager journeys leadership development initiatives and company-wide learning experiences.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both sides of learning and development: designing engaging content behind the scenes and facilitating impactful sessions in front of an audience.
Youll work closely with leaders across the business to create learning programs that are practical engaging and aligned with our culture. Youll also help shape the future of learning at Staff Domain by supporting the rollout and administration of our new learning platform.
The best people in this role are equal parts creator facilitator and problem solver. They can turn complex topics into simple learning experiences keep learners engaged and continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.
What Youll Do
Youll be the kind of person who:
Program Design & Build: Apply foundational instructional design principles to build engaging learning pathways slide decks job aids and digital resources for onboarding and professional development.
Interactive Facilitation: Lead and facilitate core training modules welcome sessions for new hires and interactive skill workshops (both virtual and hybrid).
Program Coordination: Manage the logistics scheduling communications and cohort tracking for ongoing corporate learning tracks.
Learning Tech Support: Help evaluate test and administer our new learning platform ensuring content is organized and user-friendly for learners.
Feedback & Tracking: Administer evaluations and surveys to track learner engagement compiling feedback to continuously improve program delivery.
Requirements
What You Bring
Were looking for someone with:
35 years of experience in an L&D HR or talent development role with a proven mix of content creation and live facilitation.
Foundational Design Skills: Experience building structured training materials training guides or e-learning modules.
Engaging Presenter: Comfortable speaking in front of groups managing a virtual classroom and keeping learners engaged.
Tech Savvy & Resourceful: Comfortable learning new digital tools quickly; excitement to help build a new learning tech ecosystem from scratch.
Nice to Have
Experience supporting onboarding leadership development or management training programs.
Exposure to instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Experience implementing or administering learning management systems.
Experience working in fast-paced growth-focused organizations.
Certification in Learning & Development Facilitation Instructional Design or related disciplines.
