Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of People at a growing US based company. The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of hiring onboarding training payroll performance management PTO and more. The company is a fast growing Real Estate Services Firm with 50 employees based in Houston Texas but with a fully remote staff.

Qualifications

5 years of hands-on experience in a leadership role
Experience with Gusto Deel Veem and other Payroll platforms
Past leadership role in a $10 million revenue company
Excellent communicator in oral and written English
Great team player and strong attention to detail
Thrives in a fluid fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization
Curious independent rigorous and proactive
Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or associated studies

Compensation

$3000 - $6000 per month paid in USD depending on experience

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day human resources function
Report to CEO COO and board of directors to carry out company initiatives
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions.
