The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of hiring onboarding training payroll performance management PTO and more. The company is a fast growing Real Estate Services Firm with 50 employees based in Houston Texas but with a fully remote staff.
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience in a leadership role
- Experience with Gusto Deel Veem and other Payroll platforms
- Past leadership role in a $10 million revenue company
- Excellent communicator in oral and written English
- Great team player and strong attention to detail
- Thrives in a fluid fast-paced and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs and influence decision-making across all levels of the organization
- Curious independent rigorous and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree in business marketing or associated studies

- Hiring Recruiting Performance Management Experience
- Position at 50 person company
Compensation
$3000 - $6000 per month paid in USD depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day human resources function
- Report to CEO COO and board of directors to carry out company initiatives
