Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the curriculum for pre-primary classes that aligns with our vision and mission.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages creativity and individuality among young learners.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with parents and the community to enhance student learning.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of childrens progress and development.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for educators to enhance teaching methodologies.
- Facilitate a strong communication platform among teachers parents and school administration.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure a safe clean and welcoming environment for children.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and apply best practices in the classroom.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and the local language for effective communication.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and practices.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a pre-primary educational setting.
- Proven track record in curriculum design and development.
- Experience in a school that promotes holistic educational practices will be an advantage.
