Job Title: Training Coordinator Expert Programs Level: IC2

The Expert Programs team develops and delivers the pinnacle of certification offerings including the Architecture Excellence Certified Technical Architect and Certified Master Architect programs. These cohort style programs offer the most advanced members of the ecosystem the opportunity to become a certified architect a trusted technical advisor and valued partner who has mastered strategy design architecture and governance.
Role
The Expert Programs Training Coordinator is a key support agent for the delivery of the Certified Architect Training Coordinator role is responsible for the live event production media management platform administration and scheduling needed to support the Expert Programs Delivery Managers in providing a world-class learning experience.
What you get to do in this role:
Manage live events including recording attendance tracking participation waiting room breakout rooms polling monitoring chat troubleshooting etc.
Schedule communicate and post zoom sessions including permissions and event invitations
Edit and upload video presentations
Convert presentation materials to shareable media
Perform learning platform administration duties such as creating course records uploading content managing registrations and creating groups.
Coordinate and schedule reviewers for final exam events
Ensure volunteer reviewers are provided necessary instructions and materials
Review and follow up on candidate pre-requisites & payment completions
Coordinate trainer schedules for cohort participation
Oversee respond to and escalate support cases related to Expert Programs
In order to be successful in this role we need someone who has:
2 years of hands-on project management experience
Experience managing projects or tasks in enterprise environments delivery business applications for one or more departments
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desired creating course records managing registrations and responding to learner queries
Multimedia experience including video editing social media web meeting management etc. a plus
