Job Summary

Coordinate and manage end-to-end program execution ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan implement and monitor program activities.
Act as a primary point of contact between internal teams clients and external stakeholders.
Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain program documentation reports and dashboards.
Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across projects.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure program goals are met.
Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial tracking of programs.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to resolve issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and program outcomes.
Support onboarding and coordination of team members involved in the program.
