Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new MSME clients in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell MSME loan products to businesses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MSME loan products and market trends is a plus
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in NBFCs banks or fintech companies
- Understanding of credit assessment and financial statements
- Local market knowledge and network
