Assistant Manager Housekeeping

• Assist in managing the day-to-day housekeeping operations ensuring guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas meet luxury hotel standards.
• Supervise and guide housekeeping associates room attendants and supervisors to ensure efficient operations and high productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness hygiene and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office Engineering and Laundry departments to ensure seamless guest service and room readiness.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory linen control guest supplies and cleaning equipment while controlling departmental costs.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies health & safety regulations and housekeeping SOPs.
• Assist in staff training performance evaluations scheduling and team development.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management.
• 35 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations cleaning standards and inventory management.
• Proficient in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking skills.
