Position Summary
Were seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee marketing operations production workflows vendor relationships and budget management for CHCAs Marketing & Communications team. This role will also support email communication through our marketing automation tool. This role ensures the efficient execution of marketing initiatives that support CHCAs mission and strategic goals.
Operating as a shared service for the entire school the Marketing & Communications team supports a wide range of internal stakeholders-including Admissions Athletics Fine Arts Community Engagement Development and more. As the primary point of contact for internal clients (our colleagues) the Marketing Manager will provide exceptional customer service and support ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of projects.
In this role you will maintain the annual marketing plan and calendar manage our project management tool and coordinate photography schedules. You will also oversee inventory of marketing collateral manage vendor contracts and track deliverables. Additionally you will handle global budget management for Marketing & Communications process invoices and support administrative needs for the department.
This position will serve on a team with a Content Strategy & Communications Manager Design & Marketing Strategy Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure seamless operations and timely delivery of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Project Management
Organize and track all projects.
Maintain and manage the annual Marketing & Communications plan and calendar.
Oversee photography schedule and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Organize archiving system and handle general department administrative needs.
Client Service & Collaboration
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients providing exceptional customer service and support.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content approvals and feedback.
Email Marketing Support
Build and send emails through CHCAs marketing automation tool Veracross.
Ensure accuracy of lists content and formatting prior to deployment.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to analyze email performance and identify opportunities to improve deliverability engagement and overall results.
Support the development of email best practices workflows and operational efficiencies.
Production & Vendor Management
Manage production of all print advertising (digital managed by Digital Marketing Manager).
Oversee inventory of all CHCA marketing collateral.
Manage vendor relationships and track contract deliverables for all marketing vendors.
Budget & Financial Management
Manage global Marketing & Communications budget.
Process invoices and reconcile credit card transactions for the department.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Create and deploy post-event surveys; track and report engagement metrics.
Competencies & Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to track and report metrics.
Positive team-oriented attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Leadership Opportunity
This position does not have direct reports but will collaborate with vendors and internal partners to execute projects.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field.
35 years of experience in marketing operations project management or related roles.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Familiarity with print production processes and marketing collateral management.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
