Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote our employer brand.
- Maintain recruitment databases and utilize applicant tracking systems for efficient candidate management.
- Negotiate job offers and collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes.
- Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements & Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the software development industry.
- Proven track record in sourcing and selecting candidates using various recruiting methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
