Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and execute events from conception through completion.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to align event goals with business objectives.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection catering transportation and equipment rental.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Develop promotional materials and coordinate event marketing campaigns.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution preferably in a corporate environment.
