What youll do
The Aftersales Manager leads Service Parts Warranty and Customer Support operations ensuring compliance with Volvo standards while driving customer satisfaction operational efficiency and profitability.
Further responsibilities are
Manage aftersales operations KPIs and compliance.
Support and develop dealer network performance.
Ensure premium customer experience and handle escalations.
Manage budgets forecasts and profitability.
Oversee warranty processes and technical quality.
Lead and develop teams across the network.
What youll bring
A successful candidate combines strong leadership with a genuinely customer-first
approach. You balance strategic direction with hands-on operational execution. And
communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and keep a sharp focus on KPIs
and performance outcomes. Youre also a proactive problem-solver able to resolve
issues quickly and drive continuous improvement.
Further qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
510 years automotive aftersales or dealer operations experience.
Strong leadership technical knowledge and customer focus.
