Position: Clinical Documentation Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55$80/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Build long-horizon documentation tasks that mirror clinical documentation work.
• Create deterministic rubrics to grade agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
• Develop scenarios for encounter documentation like SOAP notes H&Ps and progress notes.
• Construct transitions of care scenarios including discharge summaries and medication reconciliation.
• Formulate CDI queries triggered by rule-defined documentation gaps with known correct query framing.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure task quality and throughput.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2 years as a medical scribe CDI specialist RN NP PA or similar documentation-heavy role.
• Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring CDI query practice discharge summary construction EHR documentation workflows (Epic Cerner).
• Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes H&Ps discharge summaries CDI queries.
• Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
