Job Skills / Requirements

• Develop and implement project plans including defining project scope goals objectives deliverables and timelines
• Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels
• Coordinate and lead project meetings ensuring all team members are aligned on project objectives and tasks
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular status updates and report project status to stakeholders
• Manage project budget resources and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with business process owners to define and document business processes
• Conduct routine inspections for all shifts to ensure work efficiencies and employee moral
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft office and timekeeping system to track overtime and complete weekly payroll
• Ensure compliance with scope of work and meet project deadlines
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members

• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
• Proven experience as a Supervisor/Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of professional cleaning/hospitality related field preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in building customer relationships
• Familiarity with floor equipment and processes is preferred but willing to train
• Criminal background check and drug screen required
