About the Role
We are hiring an Account Manager to support and grow one of the key enterprise clients (UPS).This is a client-facing growth-oriented role where you will:
Manage day-to-day client relationships
Drive upsell opportunities
Support delivery and expansion of AI solutions
This role is best suited for someone who can act as a bridge between client and internal teams while helping grow the account over time.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for UPS stakeholders
Build strong long-term client relationships
Account Growth (Upsell / Expansion)
Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements
Drive revenue growth within the account
Onsite Client Engagement
Frequently visit UPS onsite in Atlanta
Work closely with client teams to understand needs
AI Solution Alignment
Translate business needs into AI / GenAI opportunities
Collaborate with internal product engineering and delivery teams
Execution & Coordination
Ensure smooth communication between client and internal teams
Support successful delivery and long-term partnership
Qualifications
Experience in:
Account management / client-facing roles / consulting / sales
Experience working with:
Enterprise clients
Cross-functional stakeholders
AI / Technology Background (Required)
Exposure to AI data or technical solutions
Ability to understand and communicate AI-driven use cases
Nice to Have
Experience with UPS or similar logistics clients
Background in supply chain / enterprise SaaS
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
