OBJECTIVES
Oversee field operations for up to two concurrent projects ensuring scope budget and schedule adherence.
Supervise and support 23 field crews ensuring safety compliance and performance standards.
Coordinate external vendors and services including wireline cementing water hauling and trucking.
Review and approve weekly payroll and timecards for accuracy and compliance.
Submit billing events promptly to maintain positive cash flow.
Track project milestones and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and state project portals.
Conduct regular job-site inspections to verify quality and progress.
Communicate project updates to ownership and stakeholders weekly.
Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize downtime and risk.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements that support company growth and operational excellence.

7 years of field project management experience
Proven record managing crews and coordinating field operations
Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Business or related field (Preferred)
Experience with state-run or government project management systems (Preferred)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $96000$108000 annually - Depending on experience
