Our client who is a boutique firm in the property industry is looking for a Head of Strategic funding they have been around the block for a while. This high impact leadership role offers direct exposure to the founder and the opportunity to the shape of the capital strategy of a rapidly scaling business. The Head of Strategic Funding will lead all aspects of debt financing and refinancing initiatives. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and capital providers developing efficient capital structures at both asset and portfolio levels and overseeing treasury operations such as liquidity planning and covenant compliance across SPV structures. The position blends highlevel strategic oversight with active involvement in execution.
Skills & Experience:
Property Experience Non-negotiable
Strong understanding of:
LTV DSCR ICR
IRR and return metrics
Debt structuring and amortization
Refinancing strategies
Financial Modelling non-negotiable
Minimum 8 years experience in a similar environment
High ownership and accountability
Strong commercial judgement
Ability to operate effectively in a founder-led entrepreneurial environment
Qualification:
BCom Accounting degree/Investment Management/Economics/Business Science degree
CFA Charter holder (Beneficial)
