Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning: Define testing strategies budgets and schedules tailored to project requirements.

Team Leadership: Supervise train and mentor QA personnel while managing performance and team structure.

Execution & Quality Control: Oversee the development and execution of test cases (manual and automated) to ensure high product quality.

Defect Management: Establish procedures for tracking reporting and resolving bugs and monitor defect trends.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary interface between developers project managers and stakeholders providing updates on release readiness.

Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks update testing strategies and implement best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as a QA Lead or in a senior testing role is required.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like Jira TestRail and automated testing tools such as Selenium or JMeter.

Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and team management.

Education: A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is typically expected.
