Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and timely manner
• Build and maintain strong product knowledge across multiple brands
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process
• Confidently handle and overcome objections
• Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and accuracy
• Maintain consistent follow-up to build pipeline and close sales
• Manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently
• Continuously develop and apply new skills to improve performance

• Availability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
