Job Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
Present and demonstrate the value of products to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective sales strategies.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to present to management.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.
Essential Qualifications
Proven sales experience with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 10 years in commercial sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Desired Experience
Experience in a similar sales role or industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with a proven record of exceeding sales targets and achieving sustainable business growth are highly desirable.
Salary and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $50000 to $85000 annually depending on experience and performance. Additional benefits include:
