Wellness Consultants
- Build personalized Wellness Plans based on client goals
- Recommend the most effective membership option and service combinations
- Convert guests into long-term members
- Drive measurable revenue through service and product sales
- Deliver standout client experiences
- Protect our 100% Cleanliness Guarantee
What Youll Own
- Achieve daily KPIs (Per Client Average Member Conversion % revenue targets)
- Consult clients on the best membership and service mix for their desired results
- Promote services retail products and upcoming events
- Build long-term client loyalty and retention
- Maintain 100% Cleanliness Guarantee standards
- Follow and enforce all UV safety regulations
- Represent Slick Rocks core values in every interaction
