Be a part of our mission to support First Nations in achieving their financial goals and enhancing their administrative role is an 8-week term position open to youth between the ages of 15-30 as part of the Canada Summer Jobs ApplyFlexible work hours and a 35-hour work weekOpportunities for professional development and career growthA talented diverse and inclusive team doing transformative work on a national scaleHybrid work opportunities availableWhat You Will DoSupports the maintenance of current records of each clients certification progress using the FMBs established client relationship records management be asked to catalogues client documents using the FMBs records management client inquiries related to Standards and Certification matters and other team members in the preparation of the necessary material in advance of meetings of the SAC Committee and Board of be asked to collect necessary data and prepare regular reports using the FMBs client relationship management system on the certification status of First Nation be asked to research and organize information from various sources (such as online resources reports and databases) under the guidance of more senior team maintaining engagement file documentation in an organized and structured manner and in accordance with established document management and retention with members of other FMB service lines to support organizational You AreCompleted or currently in Post-Secondary Education in finance or accounting; currently enrolled in the CPA PEP program is an experience in a finance or accounting role preferably in the public or not for profit of accounting with financial analysis and financial reporting is an working knowledge of Excel and knowledge of a document management system considered an organizational working with First Nations in a finance or advisory role an will be given to candidates with French language to ExpectFMB aims to keep the recruitment process as open as possible.
