Experience with SOA applications in a J2EE and Java environment including APIs and Oracle database

Extensive experience managing wireframes based on BRDs

Strong experience in troubleshooting and technical assessment

Experience preparing and executing deployments to test environments

Experience performing detailed analysis ensuring compliance with OPS standards (security privacy and accessibility)

Experience conducting QA testing

Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions

Experience producing technical and application design documents

Knowledge and experience with Government Payment Gateway

Public sector experience with secure messaging gateway systems

• Provide senior technical expertise and lead development implementation and maintenance of systems

• Analyze design and develop architecture for systems solutions

• Provide technical advice and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

• Lead system design documentation integration and implementation activities

• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis

• Coordinate development lifecycle activities including planning scheduling and monitoring progress

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Support implementation post-implementation and system optimization

• Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions

• Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members

• Strong expertise in systems design architecture and analysis

• Experience working with relational and multidimensional databases

• Experience leading technical teams in SDLC environments

• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate across stakeholders and technical teams

• Experience with RAD methodologies

• Experience with middleware and gateway technologies

• Knowledge of Information Management practices

• Experience with dimensional modeling and data structures
