Senior Business Systems Analyst – Payments

• Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering stakeholder management workshops and project discussions.
  
• Deep knowledge of payment systems and networks: Mastercard Interac Visa Cirrus TSYS.
  
• Understanding of payment transaction lifecycle including authorization posting and reconciliation.
  
• Experience with JIRA for requirements issue tracking and delivery management.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and data-driven decision-making skills.
  

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
  
• Lead requirements gathering stakeholder analysis and business process assessments.
  
• Bridge business needs with vendor solutions and serve as a Product SME throughout project delivery.
  
• Analyze business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  
• Support production issues system enhancements product upgrades and new initiatives.
  
• Track project milestones risks dependencies and issues; escalate when required.
  
• Develop reports dashboards and business insights to support decision-making.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams external vendors and payment network partners.
  
• Drive change management activities including readiness assessments planning stakeholder engagement and implementation.
