Responsibilities

• Provide full range administrative support to the team and be responsible for providing wide varieties of top-notch secretarial support to the senior management
• Manage daily schedule for senior management such as arranging flight booking and hotel accommodation
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting material
• Provide assistance in data management expenses claim documentation etc
• Be a backup to Senior secretaries of the team when Senior Secretaries are on leave
• Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned and required

Requirement

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in providing secretarial support for executives in sizable organizations
• Mainland China background or prior work/living experience in Mainland China is highly preferred
• Good communication skills meticulous well-organized multi-tasked self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and mature mindset
• Be flexible can work under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Candidate with less experiences would be considered as Secretary
