Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega Administrator to manage and support Pega environments in a fast-paced enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega platform administration production support and a solid background in the insurance claims domain.
Key Responsibilities
Administer monitor and maintain Pega environments across development testing and production
Manage deployments releases and environment configurations
Perform system performance tuning monitoring and troubleshooting
Provide production support including incident and problem management
Ensure system stability availability and adherence to SLAs
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for seamless integrations and issue resolution
Implement Pega best practices and governance standards
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience in Pega administration and support
Proven experience in the Claims domain (insurance preferred)
Expertise in managing Pega environments deployments and system maintenance
Solid understanding of performance tuning monitoring and troubleshooting
Familiarity with case management workflows and system integrations
Good understanding of Pega architecture and industry best practices
Experience handling production support and incident management processes
Certifications (Mandatory)
PRPC (Pega Certified System Architect track)
CSA (Certified System Architect)
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
