Job Title - Oracle CC&B Administrator
Experience - 7 - 15 Years
Location - PAN India
Notice - Immediate to 30 days
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Administrator to manage maintain and support the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration application deployment performance tuning troubleshooting upgrades and ensuring the stability and availability of the CC&B platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Oracle CC&B environments across Development Test UAT and Production.
- Perform installation configuration patching and upgrades of Oracle CC&B applications.
- Manage application servers web servers and middleware components supporting CC&B.
- Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement performance optimization measures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application middleware and database-related issues.
- Coordinate deployments migrations and release management activities.
- Manage user access security configurations and role-based permissions.
- Perform environment refreshes backup recovery and disaster recovery activities.
- Collaborate with development infrastructure database and business teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Support integration interfaces between CC&B and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain system documentation operational procedures and support runbooks.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes change management and compliance requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) administration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B architecture and framework.
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database administration concepts.
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
- Experience in application deployment environment management and release support.
- Understanding of batch processing job scheduling and performance tuning in CC&B.
- Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle Utilities products such as:
- Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter)
- Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management)
- Oracle CCS
- Knowledge of cloud environments (OCI AWS or Azure).
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Oracle Utilities certifications are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting large-scale utility clients (Electricity Gas Water).
- Knowledge of Oracle SOA Web Services REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience in high-availability and disaster recovery setups.
