Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle ServiceNow incidents service requests and support tickets.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage user access roles and permissions.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor platform health and support day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal and onsite teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain system documentation and operational reports.
- Support platform upgrades maintenance and administration activities.
