Director of Patient Safety
Asheville North Carolina
Were hiring a Director of Patient Safety in Asheville North Carolina who wants executive-level impact meaningful leadership responsibility and performance-based income growth. Youll step into a clinical hospital leadership role focused on eliminating preventable patient harm and strengthening a culture of safety across a large acute care facility. This is a fully administrative position with strong executive collaboration and the autonomy to shape system-wide safety initiatives.

What makes you a great fit
You hold a Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field (Masters preferred)
You have 35 years of hospital-based Patient Safety experience
You either hold a CPPS certification or are willing to obtain it within 1 year
You are experienced in risk mitigation safety culture advancement and systems-based design
You value collaboration with executive and frontline clinical teams
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125000 $180000
Incentive bonus up to 17.5%
