This is a fully administrative position with strong executive collaboration and the autonomy to shape system-wide safety initiatives.

What makes you a great fit
You hold a Bachelors degree in a healthcare-related field (Masters preferred)
You have 35 years of hospital-based Patient Safety experience
You either hold a CPPS certification or are willing to obtain it within 1 year
You are experienced in risk mitigation safety culture advancement and systems-based design
You value collaboration with executive and frontline clinical teams
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125000 $180000
