TA Coordinator

Provide end-to-end recruitment support utilising the core recruitment technology applications.

Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for delivery of the agreed end-to-end recruitment process for open roles.
Researches and executes appropriate recruitment strategies within agreed upon timelines.
Develops and manages candidate pipelines for business critical roles.
Provides input into the development and improvement of recruitment and selection processes and systems.
Evaluates and understands client business needs to support guidance and advice to hiring leads on recruitment and selection process and procedures and timetable for activities.
Utilises the global recruitment system(s) in accordance with end to end recruitment activities and processes ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of data to facilitate reporting.
Coordinates and books interviews/site visits with candidates and hiring managers including rooms travel accommodation and car hire.
Conducts onboarding and offer process.
