Job Summary

2026 Summer Program:

The Summer Associate supports Flexfabs daily functions across assigned departments during the summer term. This position provides hands-on work experience while contributing to a safe respectful and productive workplace in alignment with Flexfabs values and expectations.

Program Eligibility & Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Eligible under the Flexfab summer employment program including having a parent or relative employed at Flexfab
Referral by the Flexfab Human Resources team required for consideration

Essential Job Expectations

Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Demonstrate a selfmotivated approach with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Perform work with strong attention to detail
Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills
Maintain a professional neat and clean appearance and comply with established dress and safety requirements
Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Flexfabs HEARTS Values (as outlined on the Flexfab website)

Maintain confidentiality of company information and demonstrate professional conduct in all interactions with employees customers and visitors

Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require

Conditions of Employment

Successful completion of a criminal background check consistent with business necessity and applicable laws
Successful completion of a drug screening where permitted by law
