About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to play a key role in delivering user-friendly digital solutions within a multidisciplinary Agile team.

You will collaborate closely with product owners developers and stakeholders to design intuitive scalable and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys shaping long-term design strategies while working in sprint-based delivery cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate user needs into interaction models and functional designs
• Design intuitive web and mobile user experiences using modern UX principles
• Plan conduct and analyze user testing and research activities
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and UI standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Deliver high-quality designs aligned with business goals and user needs
• Engage with stakeholders and support decision-making processes
• Create long-term design concepts while delivering iteratively in sprints

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

• 5 years of experience as a UX Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite Sketch InVision)
• Experience with design systems (creation maintenance and scaling)
• Strong experience in responsive design (web & mobile)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude or similar)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven experience in stakeholder management within complex organizations
• Strong understanding of user research and usability testing
• Fluent in Dutch (CEFR C2 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript implementation
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Experience with content design and content-driven interfaces
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Experience conducting user interviews and workshops
• Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch
• Working knowledge of French

Additional Information

• Duration: Until July 2027 (with possible extensions)
• Workload: Full-time (100%)
• Estimated: 3000 hours
• Hybrid work model (remote work possible)
• Selection based on 50% quality and 50% price
