What youll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering a local B2B marketing strategy across online and offline channels

  • Localising global campaigns: tailoring messaging channels and tactics for maximum impact

  • Creating and delivering local-first campaigns from email and DM to events and sector activity

  • Driving demand through the funnel with personalised campaigns and nurture journeys

  • Leading TLCs presence at relevant B2B events before during and after

  • Working closely with Sales and Telemarketing to convert engagement into opportunities

  • Tracking performance ROI and insights as well as continuously improving results

  • Managing CRM activity supporting award entries and building PR relationships

  • Protecting and evolving the TLC brand across local sales and marketing materials

Who were looking for:

  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns with measurable results

  • Experience in B2B marketing ideally demand generation or campaign management

  • Confident localising global assets with a sharp eye for audience relevance

  • Comfortable working with events email content and direct marketing

  • Datadriven organised and confident juggling multiple priorities

  • Commercially savvy understands how marketing fuels sales

  • Collaborative proactive and eager to make things happen

  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
