Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the marketing and sales team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
Establish and implement short- and long-range goals objectives policies and operating procedures
Develop new accounts and maintaining existing ones nationwide
Oversee the daily sales operations
Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
Establish sales goals and metrics
Train and evaluate employees
Resolve escalated customer complaints
Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent

Qualifications:

Previous experience in marketing sales or other related fields
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or related sotware
