Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the marketing and sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology
- Establish and implement short- and long-range goals objectives policies and operating procedures
- Develop new accounts and maintaining existing ones nationwide
- Oversee the daily sales operations
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Train and evaluate employees
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing sales or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or related sotware
