- 3-5 yearsas an HR executive.
- Experience in:
- Manufacturing / Textile / Factory setup (preferred)
- Handling PF ESIC payroll compliance
Salary Range: 35k to 40k
Roles:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations at plant/office level
- Manage PF ESIC and statutory compliance filings
- Process monthly payroll attendance and leave records
- Coordinate recruitment onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Address employee grievances and queries
- Support performance tracking and HR initiatives
- Coordinate with management for workforce planning
- Assist in audit and compliance documentation
Qualification:
- Graduate (BBA / / BA)
