Job Summary

Profile:HR-Textile-Surat-4.8 LPA

Experience:

3-5 yearsas an HR executive.
Experience in:
- Manufacturing / Textile / Factory setup (preferred)
- Handling PF ESIC payroll compliance

Salary Range: 35k to 40k

Roles:

Handle end-to-end HR operations at plant/office level
Manage PF ESIC and statutory compliance filings
Process monthly payroll attendance and leave records
Coordinate recruitment onboarding and documentation
Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
Address employee grievances and queries
Support performance tracking and HR initiatives
Coordinate with management for workforce planning
Assist in audit and compliance documentation

Qualification:

Graduate (BBA / / BA)
Preferred:
- MBA / PGDM in HR
