Job Title: Subject Matter Expert HR Administration
Experience: 5 years
Location: Chennai and Vizag
Employment Type: Full-Time



Role Summary

Lead end-to-end HR Administration service delivery across multiple geographies and process towers ensuring operational excellence client satisfaction financial performance and transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for end-to-end HR Admin service delivery across multiple geographies/markets.
  • Own P&L accountability for the HR Admin tower including headcount attrition and cost per transaction.
  • Drive transformation initiatives through automation AI deployment and process re-engineering.
  • Manage client stakeholder relationships at HR Director and VP levels.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and governance forums.
  • Partner with Client Global Process Owners on process design and SLA frameworks.
  • Develop and execute talent strategy for the HR Admin tower.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
  • MBA or Post-Graduate qualification preferred.
  • Deep functional and configuration knowledge of Workday HCM.
  • Program-level experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

  • Senior operations management across multi-site multi-country environments.
  • Deep functional knowledge of Workday HCM with the ability to advise on configuration integration and roadmap planning.
  • ServiceNow HRSD program governance and service design expertise.
  • Strong financial acumen including tower P&L management and cost modelling.
  • Executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven change management and transformation leadership capabilities.
