Youll work at the intersection of cybersecurity risk and business transformation guiding multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders. From implementing security frameworks to overseeing large-scale transformation programs you bring clarity structure and momentum where it counts.

Your role in our team
As a Senior Project Manager you will:

Act as the central point of coordination between security experts IT teams and business stakeholders
Lead or interact with multidisciplinary teams (e.g. cybersecurity specialists architects engineers risk/compliance officers) toward shared project goals
Translate security strategy and requirements into actionable plans for the team
Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives
Facilitate communication across teams removing silos and resolving dependencies
Drive planning prioritization and execution of security initiatives
Identify risks and bottlenecks early enabling everybody involved to respond proactively
Report progress challenges and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Promote a security-first mindset within the broader project and organization.

How you strengthen our team
What sets you apart:

5 years of experience delivering IT cloud infrastructure and/or cybersecurity projects
Strong track record in international project environments ideally within global enterprises
Excellent stakeholder management skills able to influence and align business IT and external partners (including C-level)
Proven ability to work independently drive initiatives and deliver with a pragmatic hands-on mindset
Experience managing third-party vendors and overseeing project/service contracts
Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal) even in complex or high-pressure situations

As a Senior Project Manager Security you will join the Banking business unit within our Financial Services sector.
