Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing hires. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple job openings
- Source candidates through job portals social media and networking
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and screening techniques
- Experience in conducting interviews and candidate evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Experience in healthcare engineering or technology hiring is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
