Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety across our resort. This role is responsible for identifying preventing and treating pest-related issues throughout the property including guest accommodations dining areas maintenance facilities and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings and grounds for signs of pest activity
• Apply pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of inspections treatments and results
• Respond promptly to pest-related service requests from staff or guests
• Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to prevent infestations
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pest control chemicals and equipment
• Stay up to date on industry best practices and local/state regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous pest control experience preferred but training may be provided
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Ability to obtain or maintain required state pest control licensing
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions
• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent walking bending and standing
• Comfortable working in tight or confined spaces when necessary
