Job Summary
Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will join a team of two laboratory technicians in supporting the daily operations of the Bioassay Biological Raw Materials (BRM) and Cell & Gene Therapy laboratories. This position is responsible for ensuring laboratory readiness maintaining organization and supporting operational efficiency across multiple laboratory groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness organization and compliance with established standards.
- Order receive inventory organize and stock laboratory supplies reagents and consumables.
- Perform routine maintenance monitoring and documentation for laboratory equipment and controlled environments.
- Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with a variety of operational organizational and administrative tasks that support day-to-day laboratory activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
- Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently with a strong focus on accuracy attention to detail and teamwork.
- Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS diploma (Associates degree in Chemistry or related discipline preferred)
- Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

- Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting laboratory operations inventory management or equipment maintenance is a plus.
Additional Information :
Working schedule will be Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with occasional overtime as required. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Columbia MO are encouraged to apply.
