About the role:
As an Inbound Sales Representative youll engage exclusively with high-intent customers who have already reached out or expressed interest in our services. Whether youre following up on an inquiry or receiving an incoming call - no cold calling. Your focus will be on building relationships creating best possible experience and helping customers move forward with their application.
Key responsibilities:
Own and manage a pipeline of inbound customer enquiries progressing applications through to funded loans
Use a customer-focused approach to understand needs explain options clearly and confidently address questions or concerns
Engage customers across phone email SMS and live chat to drive sales conversion and deliver a seamless experience
Proactively re-engage warm leads and stalled applications to maximise conversion opportunities
Deliver personalised customer experiences while maintaining a strong focus on responsible lending and compliance
Maintain accurate CRM records capture insights and escalate complex cases where required
Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and continuously improve sales performance
About you:
Youre driven customer-focused and motivated by results. You enjoy turning conversations into outcomes building trust quickly and following through for your customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment are eager to grow your sales skills and take pride in delivering a great customer experience.
Youll have:
2 years experience in a customer-focused or sales role (e.g. call centre retail hospitality or similar)
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust influence decisions and close opportunities
Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
