Synergie Australia is seeking a customerfocused Personal Banking Advisor for a parttime branchbased opportunity in Doncaster East. This role offers a genuine pathway to build a longterm career in banking supporting customers through meaningful conversations and helping them make the most of their money in a supportive inclusive environment.

The Important Parts

• Pay: $35-40 per hour super
• Duration: 6month contract (with a potential to extended)
• Hours: 27 hours per week rostered Tuesday to Friday
• Location: Doncaster East

What Youll Be Doing

• Welcome customers into the branch and provide exceptional facetoface and phonebased service
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customers financial needs and goals
• Assist customers with everyday banking transactions including cash handling with accuracy and care
• Recommend appropriate products and services to support customers in making the most of their money
• Generate sales and referral opportunities to specialist banking teams where appropriate
• Maintain a strong understanding of Westpac products processes and compliance requirements
• Use CRM and banking systems to manage customer interactions efficiently
• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience that reflects Westpacs values

What Youll Bring

• Proven customer service experience ideally in a customerfacing or phonebased environment
• Confidence working towards sales and referral targets
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Strong numerical skills with the ability to handle cash and complete financial transactions accurately
• An energetic positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new banking procedures systems and technologies
