About the role

This senior leadership role plays a critical part in enabling TAFE NSWs digital transformation strategy by providing clear trusted and enterprisewide portfolio oversight. Responsible for shaping how digital initiatives/projects are managed governed prioritised and reported the role brings structure and consistency across a complex fastmoving portfolio. By delivering highquality insight on performance risk and dependencies it supports informed executive decisionmaking and ensures digital investment remains aligned to organisational strategy and customer outcomes.

Working closely with executive leaders delivery teams and operational areas across TAFE NSW the role operates in a highvisibility environment to enable coordinated planning strong assurance and transparent reporting across the digital portfolio. Leading a team of program/ project related specialists the successful candidate will build strong crossfunctional relationships influence outcomes across a diverse stakeholder network and develop a highperforming customerfocused team.

About you

You are a strategic portfolio leader with extensive experience in the delivery of digital programs and the orchestration of digital transformation at the portfolio level. You will be experienced in enterpriselevel governance and performance reporting. You provide clear trusted executive insight by translating complex program technical and risk information. Highly effective at influencing senior stakeholders you build strong crossfunctional relationships lead highperforming teams and balance governance discipline with delivery momentum to achieve strong customer and organisational outcomes.
